The first time I saw you was when I lined up for the bird, I glanced at your lane and noticed your stick-like, short-haired self. Just like me. But now you're turning 22.
May your day be filled eating too many cakes, as if you haven't had enough already days earlier, and stuffing your stomach with melonpan of only a single flavour. Because, really, melonpan only has that one taste. Just don't try and wear that stupid hat, 'kay?
May your year ahead be full of Shinkansen train rides and Shinkansen train hugs. And many sightings of Doctor Yellow ahead.
May you become the next Titan, and may you attempt to gloriously eat everyone in the SKE48 dressing rooms.
May you always have your one and only Airi Furukawa by your side, gasping and panting with you and at each other every step along the path to absolute otaku-dom.
May you continue to polish and perfect your signature party trick: imitating the heck out of Akari Suda. Because let's face it, you're a long way off.
May you prosper in Team E, not only leading Team E to greater recognition, but also in your lifelong quest to win over more lolis to add to your arsenal that you can lay your "kimo-ota" hands on, ahead of your one and only formidable enemy, Mai Takeuchi. Just so that you can ogle over them more and more for all to see on national television, Google+ and Twitter.
May you bring in more respect, recognition and popularity not only for yourself, but for SKE48 as a whole, so that it stands out amongst all the 48 groups. And so that your light may draw in more 48 sister group lolis. Especially your new targets in HKT48.
Most of all, may your year ahead be full of laughs, joy, happiness, building (relationships and gunpla), panting, ogling and freaking out because that underaged girl that you intentionally notice, be it from within SKE48, other 48 groups or someone else's kid, is too cute.
Have a happy 22nd birthday, my fellow twin sister from another mother!
